How the WP Baseball Predictor track record is counted

Every pick published on the Picks page is graded automatically the morning after the game against the official MLB final score. Nothing is added after the fact and nothing is quietly removed: a pick that was shown to subscribers is the pick that gets graded. Games that are postponed or suspended are held until they are actually completed.

• Moneyline picks need an outright win, extra innings included.
• Run line picks follow the standard +1.5 / -1.5 rules: a -1.5 favourite must win by two or more, a +1.5 underdog can lose by one.
• Over/under calls are graded against the total we published; landing exactly on the number is a push and counts as neither a win nor a loss.

The win rate shown above counts wins and losses only. The profit figures simulate a flat $100 stake on every priced pick at the odds captured when the pick was published; a pick with no price available is counted in the record but not in the money.

Picks are also committed to a public, timestamped archive on GitHub before first pitch, so anyone can check what was published and when: wpbp-pick-archive. Daily graded results are on the Results & ROI page and each day's write-ups are in the Articles section.
