Welcome to WP Baseball Predictor. By accessing or using our website at wpbaseballpredictor.com and our iOS mobile application (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

WP Baseball Predictor provides MLB game predictions, analysis articles, and automated picks powered by advanced sabermetric analytics including wOBA, FIP, Pythagorean Win%, starting pitcher xFIP analysis, bullpen metrics, and injury data. Our services include:

• Prediction Calculator: An MLB prediction calculator with a limited free allowance (normally 3 predictions per day; the current allowance is shown in the calculator) and unlimited use with an eligible pass.
• WP Auto Picks: A premium automated picks service that generates algorithm-driven MLB picks using available data. A listed probable pitcher is not a guarantee of the actual starter; missing or limited pitcher information can reduce confidence.
• Daily Parlay Play: A full-slate parlay recommendation covering every matchup, accepting named probable starters. Games with an unannounced starter remain included with a reduced-confidence notice because that pitcher information is missing. Once the slate is frozen, its saved predictions and pitcher information are retained for grading; later announcements do not revise that record.
• MLB Articles: Daily AI-generated prediction articles covering individual matchups and full-slate overviews. Complete current game-day analysis requires an eligible pass; limited overview teasers may be public. Past game-day articles become available under the archive rules, with the service day changing at 3:00 AM Eastern.
• Day Pass ($2.99 CAD): One-time payment, expires at 3:00 AM ET.
• Monthly Pass ($9.99 CAD/month): Auto-renewing subscription, can be cancelled anytime.
• Picks Day ($4.99 CAD): One-time payment, includes email alerts, expires at 3:00 AM ET.
• Picks Monthly ($14.99 CAD/month): Auto-renewing subscription with email alerts, can be cancelled anytime.

iOS purchases, renewals and account access

Apple processes purchases made through the iOS app; Stripe processes website purchases. The purchase screen identifies the product, access period, price, currency, taxes and whether it auto-renews. Day passes are one-time purchases ending at the displayed expiry, normally the next 3:00 AM Eastern cutoff; they are not necessarily 24 hours of access. Auto-renewable monthly subscriptions continue until cancelled through the billing provider and are not a fixed, non-renewing 30-day pass. Any separately offered one-time pass ends at its stated expiry.

Manage Apple subscriptions in your Apple Account or at Apple subscriptions. Manage website subscriptions through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from Settings. Cancellation generally stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period shown by the provider, subject to refunds or revocations. Deleting the app, deleting your account or disabling alerts does not itself cancel billing. Refund procedures are in the Refund Policy.

Sign in with the same linked account to use eligible purchased access across the app and website. Guest purchases can be restored through the purchasing Apple Account and linked through the supported sign-in flow. Buying through both providers can create separate charges; changing sign-in does not transfer an Apple subscription to another Apple Account.

The app licence is for personal use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules. We provide service support; Apple is not responsible for maintaining our app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable app licence terms. Where applicable, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, subject to mandatory local rights.

Mandatory rights: Nothing in these Terms limits a right, warranty, remedy, cancellation/refund entitlement or court/regulator access that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. This qualification applies to the disclaimers, liability limits and governing-law provisions below. Any required notice or consent for a material change will be provided; posting a new version alone does not replace it.

Publication, Parlay and grading records

Individual Picks can be published before their grading lock and refreshed as data changes. The current baseball scheduler targets its grading lock 5 minutes before each scheduled first pitch. This is a target, not proof of an exact lock or confirmed lineup; the displayed saved lock timestamp is the actual record. The current system can generate late estimates with an unknown starter. A missing starter or limited sample is a data limitation, not verified confirmation.

Baseball Parlay targets one final lock 15 minutes before the day's first scheduled game. The saved full slate is not rebuilt after publication. Once frozen, the full slate retains the saved selections and pitcher information, including later games and disclosed TBD estimates. Named probable starters are accepted. Historical records retain their recorded inputs; later news does not replace those inputs. Manual calculator results and articles are separate analyses and do not overwrite official grading selections. Delivery delays can affect email and push alerts.

Past performance of our model does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Our confidence scores and win probabilities reflect statistical estimates, not certainties. You should not make financial decisions based solely on the content of this website.

5. Age Restriction

This website and iOS app are intended for users 18 years of age or older (or 19+ in provinces where required, or 21+ where required by local law). By accessing WP Baseball Predictor, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.

6. User Accounts & Payments

• Website purchases are processed through Stripe; iOS in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not store your full payment-card number.
• Access is associated with your signed-in or guest purchase account. Session cookies and app credentials maintain access; linking or restoring a purchase requires the matching account.
• Website reference prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless checkout states otherwise. Apple displays local storefront prices; the purchase confirmation shows the applicable amount, taxes, access period and renewal terms.
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the Settings page.
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

WP Baseball Predictor is owned by WP North Entertainment Group Ltd. and its respective heirs, executors, successors, and assigns (the "Developer"). All content, code, algorithms, predictions, articles, designs, logos, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the site without prior written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any predictions, picks, articles, or other content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the prediction algorithms or underlying models.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site or its servers.
• Share paid content (picks, predictions, articles) beyond the share limits provided by the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of WP Baseball Predictor, including any losses incurred from decisions made based on predictions, picks, or other content provided by the Service.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

WP Baseball Predictor may display links to third-party sportsbook operators. We may receive a commission if you register through these links. This does not influence our analysis or picks in any way. Sportsbook availability varies by jurisdiction. Please verify legality in your location before registering.

11. Third-Party Services

WP Baseball Predictor integrates with third-party services including:

• Stripe for website payments and Apple for in-app purchases
• Expo and Apple for push delivery
• Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple for user authentication
• Gmail SMTP for sending pick notification emails (opted-in users only)
• Google AdSense for display advertisements shown to free users only (ad-free pass holders see no ads; website only)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. MLB Disclaimer

The Developer is not affiliated with Major League Baseball (MLB) or any of its member teams. Any reference to MLB teams, players, or statistics is solely for informational purposes.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Any legally required additional notice or consent will be provided for material changes; continued use does not waive mandatory rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
