• Prediction Calculator: A free MLB game prediction tool that generates win probabilities for any matchup.
• WP Auto Picks: A premium automated picks service that generates algorithm-driven picks for every MLB game once starting pitchers are confirmed.
• Daily Parlay Play: A full-slate parlay recommendation generated from the day's highest-confidence picks.
• MLB Articles: Daily AI-generated prediction articles covering individual matchups and full-slate overviews. Today's articles are exclusive to paid pass holders until the following day.
• Day Pass ($2.99 CAD): One-time payment, expires at 3:00 AM ET.
• Monthly Pass ($9.99 CAD/month): Auto-renewing subscription, can be cancelled anytime.
• Picks Day ($4.99 CAD): One-time payment, includes email alerts, expires at 3:00 AM ET.
• Picks Monthly ($14.99 CAD/month): Auto-renewing subscription with email alerts, can be cancelled anytime.

• Access is tied to the email address provided via Google Sign-In. A browser session cookie is used to maintain access.
• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the Settings page.
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

WP Baseball Predictor is owned by WP North Entertainment Group Ltd. and its respective heirs, executors, successors, and assigns (the "Developer"). All content, code, algorithms, predictions, articles, designs, logos, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the site without prior written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any predictions, picks, articles, or other content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the prediction algorithms or underlying models.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site or its servers.
• Share paid content (picks, predictions, articles) beyond the share limits provided by the Service.
