From subscribers: When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address to manage your account and subscription. We do not access any other Google account data.
From Instagram users who message us: When you send a Direct Message to @wpbaseballpredictor on Instagram, we receive — via the Meta Instagram Graph API — your username, the text of your message, the timestamp, and the conversation thread ID. We do not access your private profile, followers, or any messages from conversations you are not part of with us. We only ever read inbound DMs sent to our own business account.
Subscriber data is used solely to authenticate your account, deliver the service, and process payments.
Direct Message content is processed by an automated assistant powered by Anthropic Claude to draft a suggested reply. The draft is then queued for review by a human admin who decides whether to send, edit, or discard it. No reply is ever sent without human approval. Messages are not used to train any AI model and are not shared with third parties beyond the AI processor (Anthropic) which contractually commits to not retaining customer data for training.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
