What data do we collect?

WP Baseball Predictor uses Meta's Instagram Graph API to:

• Publish posts on behalf of our own Instagram Business account (@wpbaseballpredictor) — no data is collected from third parties for this.
• Receive Direct Messages and comments sent to @wpbaseballpredictor by Instagram users. We process those messages to draft suggested replies (which are reviewed and approved by a human admin before sending). We do not access any conversations we are not part of, and we do not access your private profile, followers, or messages with other accounts.

How to remove your data

Instagram users (DMs / comments to us): Email [email protected] with the subject line "Instagram data deletion request" and your Instagram username. We will permanently delete all messages, comments, and metadata associated with your username from our systems within 30 days and confirm by reply. You can also revoke our app's access to your Instagram account at any time via Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → Remove.

Website subscribers: Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request" and the email address used to sign in. We will permanently delete your account, subscription history, and notification preferences within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Automatic deletion (Meta data deletion callback)

For Meta's automated deletion callback flow, send a POST request to https://www.wpbaseballpredictor.com/api/meta-data-deletion with the standard Meta-signed payload. The endpoint will return a confirmation URL and confirmation code as required by Meta's specification.

Default retention

Even without an explicit request, Direct Message content is retained for a maximum of 90 days in our approval queue and audit log, then automatically purged.
